The BARWIS Nutrition Consultation will focus on creating nutrient dense meal plans for the individual client. Ideal for sport specific meal plans, weight loss, food allergies or intolerances, general nutrition questions, or assistance with meal plans and prep, recipes, shopping lists or kitchen tips. Session will also include setting short and long-term nutrition goals.
Follow up sessions will focus on fine tuning and making necessary adjustments to the initial goals and plan set during the initial consultation. These follow ups provide help with questions about new foods or recipes, how to add variety, how to move on from a plateau, etc. It is also a great way to experience support and maintain accountability while making changes.
